WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN THE ICP:
The Gracie Barra Method: Learn the exact structure, curriculum, and teaching philosophy used across more than 1,000 Gracie Barra schools worldwide. You will understand how to run a class efficiently, from the warm-up to the final bow.
Effective Communication: Great athletes do not always make great teachers. The ICP focuses on how to break down complex techniques into simple, easy-to-understand steps for students of all ages and skill levels.
Leadership & Class Management: Discover how to command a room, inspire your students, manage different personalities on the mats, and maintain the high standard of discipline and respect expected at Gracie Barra Aliso Viejo.
