This role is ideal for a dedicated practitioner who wants to grow as a teacher, leader and representative of the Red Shield.
Build practical teaching experience, deepen your technical understanding and develop the leadership skills required to guide students with confidence.

This role is ideal for an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping families take the first step.
The Program Director is often the first person a future student meets. By creating a clear, helpful and welcoming experience, you help people overcome uncertainty and begin a journey that can change their lives.

Career questions
Applicants should have consistent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training experience, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching and student development. Current rank, academy background and previous teaching experience will be reviewed individually.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, school operations or community engagement is valuable. We also consider organized, dependable candidates with strong communication skills and the right attitude.
