Jiu-Jitsu Instructor.

This role is ideal for a dedicated practitioner who wants to grow as a teacher, leader and representative of the Red Shield.

01 · MISSION

What you will do

  • Teach and assist structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes.
  • Explain techniques clearly to students of different ages and experience levels.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful and welcoming training environment.
  • Support class preparation, attendance and student progression.

Program Director.

This role is ideal for an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping families take the first step.

  • Respond to new inquiries and guide prospects toward the right program.
  • Welcome visitors and help families understand the academy experience.
  • Coordinate trial classes, follow-up and enrollment conversations.
  • Support member communication, retention and community events.
  • Keep front-office workflows organized and aligned with the school team.

Applicants should have consistent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training experience, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching and student development. Current rank, academy background and previous teaching experience will be reviewed individually.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, school operations or community engagement is valuable. We also consider organized, dependable candidates with strong communication skills and the right attitude.
